We, PT. SURYA INDOALGAS is the first manufacturer of agar agar powder (KANTEN) in Indonesia that is using Japanese machineries and technology. We established since 1990. We use selected GRACILARIA seaweed to develop and formulate standard and tailored types of food grade agar agar with consistent gel strength, high transparency and low microbiological to satisfy our customers worldwide. We produce our agar starting from GS 600 to 900. The well-known properties of agar as gelling, stabilizing, suspending, emulsifier and thickening agents at low dosage make it widely used in food industry, like in confectionery, dairy product and many others.

We already have our Halal certificate and we are on going of our ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.
